The free service
The free planner generates a general desk-routine draft from rules. It is not an AI clinician, a workplace assessment, or a substitute for professional medical or occupational advice. You decide what is appropriate and whether to use it. The service is offered as available, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Digital product and price
The Desk Reset Kit is a one-time digital download, not a subscription or coaching service. The base price is US$19. A purchase is only available when a live Gumroad checkout link is displayed. Where checkout is unavailable, an interest registration does not create an order or charge. Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and final price are shown by Gumroad before payment.
Delivery and refunds
Purchased digital files are delivered through Gumroad; save your receipt for access and seller contact. Review the product description, preview, and checkout refund policy before purchasing. If the product page offers a 30-day refund window, request it through the Gumroad receipt within that window. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. This website cannot issue refunds through the interest form.
License
A paid individual purchase grants the purchaser a personal-use license to the included templates. You may print or adapt them for your own use. Do not redistribute or resell the files, share download access publicly, or represent them as clinical materials. Any team or commercial reuse requires a separately stated license.
Respect the service
Do not use the forms for spam, submit other people's information without their consent, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other visitors. Do not submit medical records. External links are provided for context and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
No guaranteed results
No health, productivity, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed. There are no fabricated customer testimonials, scarcity claims, or performance results on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator should obtain jurisdiction-specific advice before offering sales in regulated markets.
