THE DESKBLOOM NOTEBOOK

Privacy notice

A useful workday should not require a personal health profile.

Last updated: October 18, 2026. DeskBloom is the website's operating brand, not a claim of incorporation, medical licensure, or professional accreditation.

The free planner

The planner uses simple rules, not an AI service. Your choices and generated plan are processed in your browser. We do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or any medical history. Do not enter health information into any field.

Optional interest registration

If enabled and you explicitly consent, the site saves your email address, the kit interest and displayed $19 budget, consent version, registration time, 90-day expiry, and a hash of your deletion token in Cloudflare D1. This is not a purchase. No payment is taken by registering interest. The raw deletion token is displayed once and is not stored by us. Multiple submissions may create multiple records, each with its own token.

The form is disabled or returns an error until storage is configured. We never represent a failed write as a successful signup. Registration does not promise an email will be sent or a product released.

Infrastructure and abuse prevention

Cloudflare processes network information required to serve this website and may maintain infrastructure logs under its own policies. The application does not persist raw IP addresses. It stores a salted, daily IP-derived hash and submission counter for abuse prevention, expiring within 48 hours. The operator should keep application request-body logging disabled.

Retention and your choices

Interest records expire after 90 days. The application removes expired records during form submissions and a configured daily cleanup job; if that job is not configured, cleanup occurs on the next submission. Deletion tokens let you withdraw consent and delete matching records at any time. We do not sell interest data, display third-party ads, or add advertising trackers.

If you lose the token, this site currently has no identity-verification or general data-request inbox. Avoid registering until you are comfortable saving the token. Applicable rights can depend on your location; this notice is not a statement that every jurisdiction's launch requirements have been met.

Payments and external services

Any live purchase button redirects to Gumroad. Gumroad separately processes purchase, delivery, tax, and payment information under its privacy policy. Card numbers are not collected by this website. A Gumroad receipt is not linked to this site's interest database.

Cookies and local storage

This application sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics vendor. Browser storage, if used for planner preferences, stays on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings. External checkout services may use their own cookies.

Children

The planner and products are intended for adults. Please do not submit children's information.
